We visit the site, photograph the envelope, identify anchor points and access constraints. Free within Metro Manila, transport included.

Proposal & method
A written scope with rope-access method, manpower, timeline and what your admin needs to sign off.

Safety setup
Anchor rigging, twin-rope systems, barricades and PPE checks before anyone goes over the edge.

Nobody goes over the edge without a certificate.
Rope access is only cheaper than scaffolding when it is done properly. Every technician on your facade is trained, every drop uses two ropes, and a supervisor stays on the ground.
Twin-rope systems
Every technician works on an independent working line and safety line, each on its own anchor.
Certified technicians only
Nobody goes over the edge without a current TRST certificate. Copies are available for your admin file.
Site supervision
A supervisor stays on the ground on every job: barricades, radio contact, weather calls.
Equipment inspection
Harnesses, descenders and ropes are inspected before each shift and retired on schedule.

Our story
From housekeeper to the facades of Hermès and Ayala.
RSD is the founder's initials. Rosie started on a janitorial payroll in 2009, registered her own company in 2014, and built it job by job into a rope-access contractor trusted by the country's best-known brands.

Rosie joins a Metro Manila janitorial company and works housekeeping in offices and condominiums.
- 2014
A condo tenant's referral turns into a first contract. RSD Cleaning Services is registered, named after her initials.
- 2017
Becomes the standing cleaning partner of M.Y. Concepto Corporation, still a client today.
- 2024
Facade work for BYD BGC, NET 25, Hermès and the Enchanted Kingdom structures.

Eight technicians complete Technical Rope Safety Training. Rope access becomes the core of the business.

FAQ
What building admins ask us first.
How much does rope-access facade cleaning cost?
It depends on facade area, height, access points and how dirty the surface is. We do not quote from photos. Book the free ocular, we measure on site, and you get a written proposal, usually within two working days.
Do you need scaffolding or a gondola?
No. Rope access needs only certified anchor points on the roof. There is no scaffolding blocking your entrance, no gondola rental, and setup takes hours instead of days.
Will the work disturb our tenants or customers?
We barricade the drop zone and schedule around your trading hours. Luxury retail and hospitality clients usually book us for night or early-morning work.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Every technician on rope holds a Technical Rope Safety Training Level 1 certificate issued February 2025 and valid to February 2027. Certificate copies are available for your admin or safety officer.
How often should a facade be cleaned?
Most Metro Manila curtain walls need cleaning every six to twelve months. Buildings near major roads or construction sites need it more often. We recommend an interval at turnover.
Which areas do you serve?
Metro Manila is our home base, with free ocular assessment and transport. We regularly work in Laguna, Pampanga and Batangas, and can mobilise elsewhere in Luzon for larger projects.
